At Just Cozy, we want you to feel as comfortable in our clothes as you do in your own home. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it securely to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed.
